Monthly rent at Cordero Pines start at only $763 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; $871 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; and $963 for a four-bedroom, two-bath. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home – income restrictions do apply. A two-person household must not exceed $33,650 gross annual income, a three-person household must not exceed $37,860 gross annual income, and a four-person household must not exceed $42,060 gross annual income.
